Rate Unit Break Profile with Rate Type Unit Of Measure (UOM) and UOM Type Length is Not Saved (Doc ID 762732.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On OTM 5.5 CU3 RU2  and versions up to and including OTM 5.5 CU5 find that a Rate Unit Break Profile set to Meters will not save.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to be able to create a Rate Unit Break Profiles in Meters.

-- Steps To Reproduce:

1 - Navigate to Contract and Rate Management > Power Data > Rates and Codes > Rate Unit Break Profiles.

2 - Click New

3 - Enter an ID

4 - Set the following:
     Data Type = UNIT OF MEASURE.
     UOM = LENGTH
     Rate Unit Break ID = 1_METER
     Break Value = 1 M

5 - Click Save.

6 - The row is saved but the Break Value is blank and CM is displayed.

7 - Click the pencil icon to edit the row.

8 - The Break value is not shown.
