"Function not available to this responsibility" when selecting "Errors" button on "Corrections" form (Doc ID 763597.1)

Symptoms

Customer is attempting to use the Order Management "Corrections" form.
The "Corrections" menu has been built into their own custom menu, however the "Errors" button on this
form is not working. When selecting this button the following error message is displyed.

ERROR

Function not available to this responsibility. Change responsibilities or contact your System administrator.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Added a "Corrections" menu into custom built OM menu
2. Open the "Corrections" form and click the "Errors" button to see the error screen.
3. Message displayed:

Function not available to this responsibility. Change
responsibilities or contact your System Administrator.
