Symptoms
Problem Statement:
When Republishing a Plan find that it fails with the following error in the log file:
PERPLNPUB module: Publish Performance Management Plan
Max Errors Allowed is: 0
Errors encountered is: 1
ORA-20001: HR_50261_WPM_PLAN_UPD_ACTIVE:
hr_perf_mgmt_plan_internal.send_fyi_admin, 10
Leaving:hr_perf_mgmt_plan_internal.publish_plan, 91
Max Errors Allowed is: 0
Errors encountered is: 1
