Goal
Implementing Oracle solution for telecommunications where OM, BOM, Configurator, SFM
modules are used.
OM workflow has been modified in order to support service fulfillment in SFM and item instance creation
in install base, this was done according to oracle TSO document (Part No. B14384-01).
Item instances are created in Oracle Install base for new order through order workflows.
Need to know if it is possible to update existing item instance for order modification. The order can add or delete existing item instances if these instances where called in order screen through "query item instances" action and configure the order.
Is it possible to change the status of existing item instance in install base as part of OM cycle
through the workflow?
For example, can we change item instance status from active to suspended for suspension order?
Is it possible to inactivate an existing item instance in install base as part of OM cycle through
the workflow?
For example, inactivating item instance for service termination order?
