Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
When there are 2 parallel shipments, one Rail and one TL (Truck), when a Ship Unit is moved (split) from the Rail shipment to the TL shipment, the TL shipment is re rated, the Equipment used is changed to 'Intermodal' resulting in a more expensive shipment, where the TL shipment was for a fixed cost, was cheaper than the Intermodal shipment and the TL shipment was able to move the additional Ship Unit.
