Goal

There is a need to access Service Requests across all Operating Units, and according to the document below and a related Enhancement Request, MOAC functionality is not possible for Service Requests:

 <Doc ID 6848926> - UPTAKE MOAC SECURITY TO CATER TO NEEDS OF SHARED SERVICE CENTERS

However is there a way to view all Customers across all Organizations within Contact Center?
