Symptoms

When attempting to launch forms via Self service from Windows Client PC having ZoneAlarm Pro Firewall set, the following error is encountered :

java.io.IOException

STEPS
--------
1. Login into Oracle Applications using http://hostname.domainname:port/OA_HTMl/AppsLocalLogin.jsp ( replace hostname, domainname and port as applicable)
2. launch forms via SSWA by clicking on any forms based responsibility
3. Encounter the issue
