PUBLISH_PRESENT_WRAPPER module: Publish and Presentation Program
Report Manager

Symptoms

1. The latest FSG patch has been applied for the 11i.
2. All reports, including simple reports, using the Generic FSG Template, error out with 

    PUBLISH_PRESENT_WRAPPER module: Publish and Presentation Program
    .......
    .......
    Param size? 31 Is In set? falsein set - , NVT name = PUBLISH_SET_ID, val = END PARAM
    Unable to publish request as its file from the concurrent program does not exist or cannot be read
    Published doc Id: -1Publishing did not complete successfully, unable to insert data into database Submission-Publishing Wrapper Finished  ........

3. No output is produced

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in using FSG responsibility.
2. Go To Report Manager Menu
3. Financial Report Submission -> Submit FSG.
4. Wait until both concurrent requests are completed:
a. Financial Statement Generator program completes successfully.
b. Publish and Presentation Program end with warning and no output.
5. View the log file - it shows the above stated error.

Changes

The same reports can be generated in excel using Client server ADI via Request Center.

The problem may not occur on a single node system. It may only occur on a multi node configuration.
