Account Hierarchy Manager (AHM) for Non-English Languages (Doc ID 781871.1)

Symptoms

The user has set "NLS_LANGUAGE" to both 'Spanish' and 'English'.
When they try to save an account using the Accounts Hierarchy Manager, the account is only saved in English and not in Spanish.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into General Ledger Super User.
2. Navigate to Setup > Accounts > Manager.
3. Enter an account in AHM using the Spanish forms. The account is saved but does not appear in queries.
4. Enter an account in AHM using the English forms. The new account appears in the hierarchy and shows up in queries.
