Mobile Web Applications (MWA) Troubleshooting Tips for Release 12 Mobile Web Applications Server (Doc ID 782162.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Purpose

 To assist with the Setup and Troubleshooting of common issues seen in Support for Mobile Web Applications (MWA).

Release 12 has the same version of MWA as 11.5.10 with 1.0.8.4. All of the below principles will apply to R12 except for the patching. MWA only changed the architecture for R12 of the directories, location of files and scripts, so that MWA can be managed by AutoConfig.

Prod ID 995 MWA Support is under ATG and handles the Core MWA Server Configuration issues. Functional type issues are handled by the specific product teams.
