Int Saved Query Does Not Support IU Transaction Code (Doc ID 783746.1)

If an integration saved query for the PK field with a transaction code of IU is used, it is
expected that OTM tests the saved query, and if no value is returned, to treat the xml as though
no primary key element had been given. Currently it appears the xml is treated as though a PK of
<null> had been given and therefore it errors out.
