This Troubleshooting Guide is relevant to customers that have applied 11i.IEX.H RUP6 or Release 12 and higher.


The purpose of this document is to provide you with a list of things to check when you find that the data in the UWQ for Collections is either missing or not correct.

 You can check the business events are Enabled as follows:
 Then confirm that you have the Workflow Agent Listener running to process the events:

 Verify you setup Credit Management for Release 11i
