Spacing and Grouping Is Not Properly Shown in the Application

Application Menu
Symptoms
You may have the following situations:
1. There is no identation when using the arabic interface.
Ex :
No identation for the menu (No grouping) :
You expect to see the menu with groupings and identations which is not the case
In English Interface the concurrent menu shown as follow:
CONCURRENT
(Tab)MANAGER
(Tab)(Tab)Administer
(Tab)(Tab)Define
...
Which is not the case for the arabic :
There is no Tab(s) which gives one alligned column for all levels of the menu .
2. The spacing when expanding the responsibility menu in the navigator has some
corrupted characters (tabs instead of blank spaces).
