Some Special Characters Cause Clause Print Preview to Display a '?' (Doc ID 786026.1)

Symptoms

Find that special characters, such as ∑ and ∞ are converted to a '?' when previewing a Clause.

Steps
1. Using the Contract Terms Library Administrator responsibility, navigate: Contracts > Contract Terms Library > Clauses
2. Create a Clause.
3. Enter text that contains special characters, e.g., ∑ or ∞.
4. Add this Clause in a Template, or add the Clause to the Contract Terms for a specific Sales Order, Purchase Order, etc.
5. Select the option to 'Print Preview'. The special characters are converted to '?'.
