Goal
How to setup to apply a flat rate to an order line if the quantity ordered is less than
or equal to 50 yet if the quantity ordered is greater than 50 a unit selling price per unit should be used.
For example:
If 50 or less are ordered, line total should be $50.00.
If more than 50 are ordered, then the line total should be unit selling price * ordered quantity and
the price should be $1.00 per unit.
