Goal

Customer has orders created in the natural language of the countries placing these orders. This is Spanish, in a Latin American country. There are Item descriptions provided which are both in English, as well as the local language, Spanish.

The orders process normally through booking, pick release and ship confirm.

However, when the orders are interfaced to Receivables for Invoicing, the descriptions of every line item are only provided in English. There is no Spanish Translation provided for these invoiced items.

This causes uncertainty and confusion with the Spanish speaking customers when they receive these invoices.
