Purpose

E-Business Tax (EBTax) Information Center > EBTax Integration With EBS Modules > Note 789455.1

The purpose of this troubleshooting note is to assist users in diagnosing reasons why taxes are not calculating or are calculating incorrectly when the R12 EBTax engine is called from Order Management. This note does not attempt to troubleshoot tax calculations downstream from OM such as AutoInvoice.  Also this note assumes that Receivables transactions can be entered and taxes calculated without error.
