This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
Other users can see and can cancel reports submitted by others. While sysadmin should only have this
facility. But while using "Request" form from any user id, it shows all the reports submitted by
anyone. Here from this form anyone can cancel the submitted reports. We want that sysadmin should
have this rights only. i.e. other users should be able to see their reports only.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect sysadmin should only have this facility.
