Cannot Backorder From Transact Move Orders/Interface Trip Stop Error: Error in Routine WSH_INTERFACE.Lock_Delivery_Detail (Doc ID 790448.1)

Symptoms

On 11.5.10 in Production:
When attempting to back order line from Transact Move Orders,
the following error occurs. The delivery detail is released to warehouse. Cancelling of order and
line is ultimate goal.

ERROR
Error in Routine WSH_INTERFACE.Lock_Delivery_Detail, Oracle Error - 100
ORA-01403: no data found


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Inventory->Move Orders->Transact Move Orders->Pick wave(T)-> Sales Order NUmber->
Find(B)->Select(C)->Tools(M)->Back Order Line

Similar error occurs in case of Interface Trip Stop. Interface Trip Stop errors out on Order Management Interface process.
