Symptoms

When attempting to retire an asset the following error occurs:

ERROR
You entered other transactions for this asset after this date.
User-Defined Exception
Error: function FA_RETIREMENT_PUB.do_all_books_retirement returned failure
Error: function FA_RETIREMENT_PUB.do_retirement returned failure
This asset failed during retirement. Please view logfile for details.
Error: function fa_cua_mass_ext_ret_pkg returned failure
Number of failures: 1
Number of successes: 0
Module Post Mass Retirements ended with error
