Find the assignment form (PERWSHRG) does not display translated values for the job field.

Expect Job Titles to be translated into Spanish

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

     1. People > Enter and Maintain

     2. Place a % in the Job field and the List of Values (LOV) is displayed but in English
