Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
Cannot access forms after implenting the CUSTOM library to the new R12 file system.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
Get the following error APP-FND-01926 when I login to open forms screen
APP-FND-01926: The custom event WHEN-LOGON-CHANGED raised unhandled exception: ORA-06508: PL/SQL:
could not find program unit being called
ORA-01403: no data found
