Symptoms
Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10.2 in Production:
When attempting to print concurrent program output then physical printout is not successful every time and intermittently the following error can be seen in request log file.
Error:
Routine FDPREP: Please register an Oracle Reports driver for printer XXXXX and print style YYYYY Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running Oracle*Report for your concurrent request.
Steps To Reproduce:
Print a concurrent program output.
Business Impact:
Due to this issue, cannot get printout in every run. Manually you have to check and then resubmit failed jobs.
