Price Security At Operating Unit (OU) Allows Other OU To View And Update Price Lists (Doc ID 798908.1)

On 12.0.6 in Production:

Pricing security are setting as follows:

QP: Security Control ON
Site QP: Security Default Maintain Privilege OU
Site QP: Security Default View Only Privilege OU

Best way to explain issue is via example:
Using Oracle Pricing Manager (LA_OU):
When go to create price list, uncheck Global.
Operating Unit = LA_OU.
Create the the price list.

Now give Maintain privileges on this price list to operating unit = US_OU.

Using Oracle Pricing Manager (US_OU), when you try to add a price list
line you receive:

ORA-01403: no data found in Package
QP_Validate_Price_List_Line Procedure Entity

EXPECTATION: As US_OU had MAINTAIN privileges, they should be able to add a price list line to the price list.
