Find that Sales order lines get backordered when pick release without specifying a pick from subinventory.
Onhand quantity exist on subinventory Y.
In Shipping Transaction form notice that subinventory says X.

In Pick release requestlog see following message:
Pick Release process could not allocate 100 of item A for order Z as there was insufficient quantity available Or Inventory allocations have failed, and the line has been back ordered.

If pick release and specify pick from subinventory Y, the Sales order process successfully.

This happens for Internal Requisitions/Internal Sales orders.
