Symptoms
There is a problem with Unit of Measure in Purchasing form and/or process
1) A defined UOM is missing from the LOV in some of the Purchasing forms.
2) Get the error - Measure conversions are not defined
(Example : APP-PO-14142 PO_UOM_CONVERSION-040 )
