Symptoms
On 11.5.10 in Production:
When attempting to modify vacation rules for users, the following error occurs:
ERROR
Only the Workflow Administrators can modify the vacation rules of other users.
Only the Workflow Administrators can modify the vacation rules of other users.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to the e-business suite as SYSADMIN.
2. Select the Workflow Administrator Web (New) responsibility.
3. Select Administrator link.
4. Click on Vacation Rules link on the Blue bar.
5. Receive the following error message:
Only the Workflow Administrators can modify the vacation rules of other users.
