Unable to update accounting sequence from ASM page (Doc ID 805203.1)

Accounting Setup Manager Page

Symptoms

After closing any Adjusting Period user is unable to update the sequence from the ASM page.
User gets the following message

"Temporarily, you cannot update this data. Other programs are using it. Try again later"
