Receive APP-PAY-33272 Error When Trying to Add a Row Level Event to PAY_USER_COLUMN_INSTANCES_F Table (Doc ID 805626.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to add a row level event to the PAY_USER_COLUMN_INSTANCES_F table in the Table Event Updates form, following error occurs.

APP-PAY-33272: This row level event already exists. Please select a row level event that is not already in use

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login to HRMS Manager Responsibility.
  2.  Navigate to Other Definitions > Table Event Updates
  3.  Query Table Name PAY_USER_COLUMN_INSTANCES_F
  4.  Add an entry in the Row Level Events withe the following details:
       Event Type: Datetrack Correction
       Column: VALUE
       Change Type: DATE_EARNED

     The error also occurs when attempting to change the "Change Type" for the existing record.
       e.g.
       Event Type: Datetrack Correction
       Column: VALUE
       Change Type: Change from REPORTS to DATE_EARNED
  5.  Error occurs when saving.
