Session TimeOut Occurs on OLM Pages With Error Cannot Display Page (Doc ID 814601.1)

Symptoms

Session Time out error occurs on OLM pages when the application is left active for 5-10 mins, even though the ICX: Session Timeout is set to 30 mins.

Error: Cannot Display Page
You cannot complete this task because one of the following events caused a loss of page data:
* Your login session has expired
* A system failure has occurred


Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to any OLM page
2. Wait for a few mins
3. Click any link, error occurs
