Incorrect "Date Last Updated" At Report "Fulfillment Performance For Top Models" (Doc ID 818157.1)

-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10.2 in Production and Test instances:
The Data Last Updated field is incorrect at "Fulfillment Performance for Top Models" and
"Fulfillment Performance for Top Models Trend" reports only.
It shows a specific date in the past (e.g. 2008.04.18 04:30:46) but the load runs every day the data is reloaded.
The issue occurs only for the above two reports and the date is fine for all other reports.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect Data Last Updated to show the date of the last refresh.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open "Fulfillment Performance for Top Models" and "Fulfillment Performance for Top Models Trend" reports directly, or via some links at Customer Fulfillment Management dashboard.
For example:
1. (R) Daily Supply Chain Intelligence
2. (N) Dashboard > Customer Fulfillment Management
3. Open "Fulfillment Performance for Top Models" or "Fulfillment Performance for Top Models Trend"
reports
