On 11.5.10.1 in Production:
Find that drop shipments not getting included in actual cost calculation
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect drop shipments be included in cost calculation

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Do drop shipments>receipts>run actual cost process and review the costs
