Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
All Workflow Notifications show the Name of the Person as "First Name,Religion" instead of Full Name.
The WF_ROLES and the WF_LOCAL_ROLES contain the display name as "First Name,Religion".
-- Steps To Reproduce:
Open up a notification - view From field.
It contains the Display name as - First Name , Religion.
-- Business Impact:
All the Users have their religion displayed in their notifications which is not ideal
