Find that when attempting to set up RightFax in OTM, unable to see the routingPicture=/name={lastName},{firstName}/fax={rawPhone}/, in the email.

Expect that the routingPicture=/name={lastName},{firstName}/fax={rawPhone}/, will be present in
email when received.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure RightFax setup
2. Define
3. Setup Contact information in OTM
4. Send out Email
