Interface Trip Stop Fails With Error In Handle_Nonbulk_Mode ORA-01403 No Data Found When Ship Sets Exist On Delivery Details But Not For Related Order Line

Symptoms
When attempting to run Interface Trip Stop(ITS), the following errors occur in the interface trip stop log file.
error in handle_nonbulk_mode ORA-01403: no data found
IN ship_confirm_new OTHERS ORA-01403: no data found
Failed to interface Batch <batch id> to Order Management because API interface_header_to_OM failed
or may also see the following error:
error in Ship_Confirm_PTO User-Defined Exception
error in handle_nonbulk_mode User-Defined Exception
ENTER Save_API_Messages
l_errmsg User-Defined Exception
Order Number :XXXXXXX Line Number :XX.1..1
Message User cannot perform set operations on this line. (ITEMTYPE=INCLUDED)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Navigate to : Shipping > Transactions > Interfaces
3. Choose Single Request - then select 'Interface Trip Stop - SRS',
4. Enter the delivery or stop and execute the request.
