Symptoms

When attempting to run Interface Trip Stop(ITS) the following errors occur:

ERROR
------------

error in handle_nonbulk_mode ORA-01403: no data found
error in handle_nonbulk_mode ORA-01403: no data found
IN ship_confirm_new OTHERS ORA-01403: no data found
Failed to interface Batch <batch id> to Order Management because API interface_header_to_OM failed
