-- Problem Statement:
While creating a receipt for a particular requistion, the following error is displayed:

Your receipt could not be created successfully due to an unexpected error. Please contact your
system administrator with the following information for further assistance.

"Rvtptcontrol failed RVTTH-445: Subroutine Please define all applicable accounts.

Cause: Accounts have not been correctly defined. Action: Please verify that all accounts have been
defined on the receiving parameters fo.

Checked all the accounts related to this requisition and all the accounts are correct and valid.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Receipts page
2. Query the requisition or PO associated
3. Enter the data
4. Click Submit
