Symptoms

The Supplier Organization form has an error.

ERROR
Error: The descriptive flexfield with application name Purchasing(PO) and name Vendors(PO_Vendors) is not compiled.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Cannot compile the descriptive flexfield. It fails with:
APP-FND--00854 FDFBDF Cannot Find descriptive column information.
