The Diagnostics Apps Check is fundamental for Oracle Support in order to determine customer file versions for specific products. Most of Oracle's known problems have patches and documentation available which Oracle support will need to compare to the information provided by this diagnostic, so we encourage you to provide the Apps Check output every time you open a Service Request with Oracle Support.
