More than 20000 Blocks Corrupted in system09.dbf After Fresh Installation of E-Business Suite R12.1.1 on Linux x86_64 Platform

Symptoms
Once the FRESH (PROD instance) installation of Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.1 on Linux x86_64 platform completed successfully, I checked datafiles via dbv utility and I found 26473 blocks corrupt in system09.dbf datafile.
Completely zero block found during backing up datafile

Note: <DIR> is a user-defined value, that corresponds to the base directory where Oracle E-Business Suite has been installed.
<DIR>/db (for example, /u01/install/VISION/db)
All blocks is clear (Completely zero block found during dbv).
