Symptoms

When attempting to run the process Retropay (Enhanced)  the following error occurs for some but not all assignments:

ERROR
PAY_289117_INV_OVL_RETRO_ELEME
ASSIGNMENT_NUM <assignment number>
APP-PAY-289117: Retropay by Element process cannot overlap with Retropay or Retropay by Action.
(ASSIGNMENT_NUM=<assignment number>)
