Symptoms

Unable to update price on POs created from Catalog  requisitions created from iProcurement application.

 Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create purchase order from catalog item in iProcurement.
2. Autocreate  the purchase order.
3. Attempt to modify price on the  purchase order line.
