Symptoms
On 12.0.3 in Production:
When attempting to send a PO to a trading partner, the following error occurs:

SSL Handshake Failure
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a PO
The issue has the following business impact:
All the POs created were not delievered to the supplier due to which we are not
receiving the supplies.
