Symptoms
When attempting to run the Create Accounting - Cost Management process, the following error is generated at the Subledger Accounting Program Report.

Steps to Reproduce
--------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Connect to Cost Management - SLA Responsibility.
2- Go to Request and run the Create Accounting - Cost Management process and check the results at the Subledger Accounting Program Report.
3- Enable the SLA Diagnostics and run the process once more.
4- Review the detailed messages.
