Where To Set The "Operating Unit Mode" When Defining A Concurrent Program

Goal
From <Note 420787.1>, it stated that, in order to run cross organization reports, "The Operating Unit mode for cross organization reports are flagged as 'MULTIPLE' in the Define Concurrent Programs page" .
However, in the Define Concurrent Program form, you cannot find any option called "OperatingUnit mode".
