WebADI ends with a warning message:
Unable to load default value generator oracle.apps.fa.integrator.validators.FAPOVendoridGenerator
The lines entered in the Web ADI spreadsheet may be uploaded and assets created (even with the error mentioned), but the supplier / vendor information is not inserted in the fa_mass_additions interface table and, therefore, not appearing for the assets.
