Credit Memos Not Found in Receivables After Terminating a Service Contract (Doc ID 849427.1)

Symptoms

Find that when a contract is fully terminated Credit Memos are not being created for all lines.

Steps
1. Activate and Bill a Service Contract.
2. Terminate the contract and issue a full credit.
3. Run billing and AutoInvoice.
