-- Problem Statement:
On 12.0.5 in Production:
Find that when a contract is fully terminated Credit Memos are not being created for all lines.
Expect that all lines that were billed would be credited for the same amount.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Activate and Bill a Service Contract.
2. Terminate the contract and issue a full credit.
3. Run billing and AutoInvoice.
