Find when the learner access is defined for the learning path, it automatically assumes that the learner access is 'Self Enrollment'


Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a learning path.
2. Declare it restricted.
3. Get into the learner access page. Add access by 'Assignment'.
4. Add any information (say add a job), and you click on Apply--the access gets stored as'Self Enrollment' automatically.
