Symptoms

When attempting to run JTM Master Concurrent program with Lookup parameter, the following error occurs:

ERROR
Error message: CSM_LOBS_EVENT_PKG.CONC_DOWNLOAD_ATTACHMENTS: Error in
CSM_LOBS_EVENT_PKG.CONC_DOWNLOAD_ATTACHMENTS: -1:ORA-00001: unique constraint (CSM.CSM_FND_LOBS_ACC_U2) violated

 
Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will by running the JTM Master Concurrent Program with Lookup parameter.
