Symptoms

When attempting to modify Blanket Purchase Order Lines, if the item had already been inactivated then the following error occurs:

ERROR:

APP-FND-01048: Use of this combination restricted by WHERE clause ' (
(purchasing_enabled_flag = 'Y' ) and ('BLANKET' = 'BLANKET' or bom_item_type not in (1,2)) and (
nvl(outside_operation_flag,'N') = nvl('N','N') or 'N' IS NULL ) )'.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Responsibility = Purchasing
  2. Navigation = Purchase Orders > Purchase Orders
  3. Query Blanket PO in question
  4. Make change to Blanket PO line that item had already been inactivated.
