Symptoms

Found several sales orders with order lines that are stuck in 'Booked' status having the 'flow process'/workflow as blank/NULL.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Would have expected for the 'flow process'/workflow not to be blank/NULL and progressed to 'Awaiting Shipping' status.

STEPS
